Natasha Swift is a commercial and strategy leader currently serving as the VP of International Pro Sales Ops & Strategy at K18 Hair, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, Natasha led international development and operations at Dermalogica, where they reimagined go-to-market strategies for the Nordics and oversaw P&L accountability. Natasha's extensive experience at Unilever included roles as a Global Information & Analytics Manager and Integration and M&A Director, where they contributed to significant business transformations and acquisitions. They earned their Chartered Management Accountant designation from CIMA between 2014 and 2016.
