Aqib Salam is currently the Head of Employee Relations and Industrial Relations at K-Electric, a position held after serving as Cluster Head and Deputy Director HR. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Investment Director at Oman Development Company and General Manager Operations at The City School, Aqib has cultivated a robust background in employee relations and market development. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager at Hagler Bailly Pakistan and Regional Market Development In-charge at Engro Asahi Polymer and Chemicals Ltd. Aqib also holds an MBA with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Lahore University of Management Sciences and a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
