Iqbal Satrio Nindito is an HR Business Partner and seasoned global rewards professional at JTI (Japan Tobacco International). They have extensive experience in human resources, having held various positions such as Compensation & Benefits Manager and Global Compensation Manager, where they oversaw global compensation programs and strategic compensation management.
