Guilherme Sampaio is the Chief Financial Officer at JSL S.A., where they have held various roles, including General Manager focused on Strategic Planning and Corporate Development, since 2019. Previously, Guilherme worked at EY from 2009 to 2012 in Transaction Advisory Services, later becoming the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry leader and IPO Markets Leader. Guilherme has collaborated with entrepreneurs and large corporations on transactions and public offerings, emphasizing corporate governance and financial reporting. They began their career as the National Coordinator for Corporate Communication at AMCHAM-Brasil from 2004 to 2007. Guilherme earned a degree in Business from Universidade de Pernambuco in 2006.
