As a senior development manager for JSD, Michael services commercial and residential real estate development. His experience spans widely covering site selection, land acquisition, lease and option agreement negotiation assistance, tenant relations, due diligence, entitlement, design, permitting, and construction.

With a degree in landscape architecture from the University of Illinois-Champaign/Urbana, Michael’s first job ever was manning a paper route but admits that if he could have any job in the world and didn’t have to be concerned about income, he would desire to own a restaurant and be a chef.
