Andrei Khartskhaev served as a project manager at «Газпром нефть» from 2014 to 2018, leading the "Digital Manufacturing" program within the company's digital transformation efforts. Prior to this role, they worked as a chief specialist in the Economics and Investments Department at GPN, focusing on optimizing production planning at oil refineries. From 2014 to 2018, Andrei also headed the distribution planning of bitumen at ООО "Газпромнефть-Битумные Материалы." Andrei earned a Master's degree in oil refining from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution.
