Tara Paider is a results-driven technology professional with extensive experience in developing technology and supporting workforce strategies for large organizations. They have held positions including Senior Developer/Analyst at RECON Technologies, Information Systems Technical Specialist at Nationwide Financial, and Executive Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Currently, Tara serves as the Managing Director and Head of Engineering, Architecture, and Data for Corporate Oversight and Governance at JPMorgan Chase. They also teach as an Adjunct Professor at The Ohio State University and have completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, graduating summa cum laude from Franklin University.
