Sarah Clark is currently the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel in the Office of the Secretary at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Previously, they served as a Corporate Litigation Associate at Richards, Layton & Finger from 2013 to 2021 and as a Legal Assistant at Rigrodsky & Long, P.A. between 2008 and 2010. Sarah earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Business Law, magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business, also magna cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College. They were admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2013.
