Robert Machado, Jr. is currently the Global Head of Outsourcing Oversight Operations within the Global Supplier Services at JPMorgan Chase & Co. They focus on the firm-wide management of Supplier Oversight Services and Inter-Affiliate Services. With extensive experience in project management, risk management, and compliance, they have successfully led various initiatives across Investment Banking and Asset Management. Robert has also served on the advisory board for the Journey of Hope Grief Support Center since 2024. They hold an MBA from Columbia Business School and are pursuing a B.S. in Engineering from The Cooper Union.
