Neeraj Sharma possesses extensive experience in information technology and cybersecurity, beginning career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies before advancing to the Indian Air Force (IAF), where roles included Assistant Director of Information Technology and Senior Information Security Management Lead (Director). In these positions, Neeraj focused on IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity strategy development. Following tenure at UBS as Associate Director of Technology, responsibilities included network security risk assessments and compliance. Currently, Neeraj serves as Vice President of Information Security and Technology Controls Management at JPMorgan Chase & Co., emphasizing operational risk management and cybersecurity planning. Neeraj is pursuing a PhD in Computer and Information Systems Security at BITS Pilani and holds an MTech in Aeronautical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, along with a Business Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
