Łukasz Gwóźdź is an Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they have led over 30 consulting projects across market and regulatory analysis, performance improvement, strategy development, and M&A since 2018. Previously, they served as a Manager at Deloitte Polska and as a Consultant at EY, where they managed project teams and supported business development. Łukasz holds a Master's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems from SGH Warsaw and participated in the Erasmus Programme in Economics at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
