Lisa Besserman is currently the Managing Director and Head of Innovation and Product Strategy at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on AI Accelerator and Employee Experience GTM in Technology. Previously, Lisa served as Managing Director at Expa VC and managed the Indeed Corporate Incubator, driving product innovation and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and CEO of Startup Buenos Aires, an accelerator program, Lisa established a supportive startup community in Latin America, connecting over 8,000 members globally. Their contributions have earned recognition as one of Business Insider’s “Top 100 Most Influential Women in Tech” and as a “Business Innovator of Latin America.” Lisa continues to engage with the global startup community through mentorship and speaking engagements.
