Kavita Kamdar is currently the Head of Strategy and Business Development for Community Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. After serving as a Financial Analyst at M&M Vacuum Co. from 2010 to 2011, they held various roles at JPMorgan Chase, including Executive Director and General Manager for Chase First Banking. Kavita also developed the Financial Health Program, launching the Chase Autosave feature in the mobile app. They previously worked as a Business Operations Associate at the Acton School of Business and as a Senior Associate focusing on consumer and community banking strategy between 2014 and 2017. Kavita is currently pursuing further education at The University of Texas at Austin.
