Karen Whitaker is currently the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co., specializing in government investigations and regulatory enforcement since 2020. Prior to this role, they served as Branch Chief of Enforcement at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission from 1992 to 2001, and as Senior Counsel in the Department of Enforcement at FINRA from 2001 to 2020. Karen is pursuing a JD from SMU Dedman School of Law and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Houston.
