Jeremy Winter, MAI, AI-GRS, is currently the Vice President and Real Estate Appraisal Lead at JP Morgan Chase & Co., a role they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as Vice President and Valuation Consultant at Wells Fargo from 2005 to 2021. Jeremy also completed an appraisal internship at Diversified Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2004. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate with an emphasis in appraisal from St. Cloud State University’s Herberger Business School, graduating in 2005.
