Heather Ihiasota is the Executive Director of Global Industry Portfolio Marketing at J.P. Morgan Payments, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they spent several years at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. in various leadership roles, including Vice President of Digital Product Marketing and Global Payments. Heather began their career at Mahle Powertrain, LLC as a Marketing Intern and later joined American Express as a Marketing Analyst, where they focused on lead generation and product marketing. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, earned in 2006.
