Gail Bigley is an accomplished executive leader in development and coaching, currently serving as the Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they lead the firm-wide Coaching Center of Excellence and oversee leadership training for 45,000 managers. Gail's extensive experience includes several vice president roles focusing on organizational development and talent management during their prior tenure at JPMorgan Chase from 2006 to 2011. They began their career in Asset Management within the Equity Research Division before transitioning to Human Resources, where they gained a robust background in employee relations and strategic organizational restructuring. Gail holds multiple degrees, including a B.S. in Business Management from Concordia College, and continues to enhance their expertise in executive coaching at Columbia University and New York University.
