Darius Kingsley is currently the Head of Consumer Fraud and Scam Prevention at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they focus on safeguarding customers against fraud and scams while leading scam prevention strategies and consumer advocacy initiatives. With over 20 years of diverse experience spanning financial institutions, law firms, and government, they have previously held key roles as Managing Director and General Counsel for Mortgage Banking at JPMorgan Chase, as well as Chief Housing Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Darius began their career as an Associate at Sidley Austin Brown & Wood before becoming a Partner at McKee Nelson. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cornell Law School and continue their education in Economics and Political Science at Tulane University.
