Antonio Cesare Iadarola, Ph.D., is a seasoned service designer and workplace innovator with over a decade of experience specializing in co-design methodologies. They have led diverse projects across various sectors, including finance, education, and healthcare, while merging academic research with practical applications by speaking at over 100 conferences globally. Iadarola earned a Ph.D. in Design Innovation and has served as an Associate Professor at Beijing Institute of Technology and an Adjunct Professor at New York University. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President User Experience and Service Design Lead at JPMorgan Chase & Co., focusing on enhancing the Employee Experience. Additionally, Iadarola co-initiated the New York chapter of the Service Design Network, contributing significantly to the community through numerous events and mentorship opportunities.
