Andrew Hennessy is a seasoned in-house corporate attorney and U.S. Army combat veteran with extensive experience in leading complex M&A transactions and negotiating various strategic partnerships. Currently, as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel, Deputy Head of Strategic Transactions Legal at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Hennessy provides legal and operational counsel to various business units, focusing on consumer and community banking initiatives. Previously, Hennessy held roles at Comcast, Blank Rome LLP, and Latham & Watkins, where they honed their skills in transactional agreements and corporate law. They served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, delivering logistics and operations support during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Hennessy is pursuing a JD at the University of Michigan Law School and holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame.
