Amy Lam is a Learning & Talent Advisory at J.P. Morgan, currently responsible for the learning and people engagement agenda for the APAC CIB Markets and Banking Analysts and Associates Program. Born in Hong Kong and educated in the UK, Amy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master's Degree in Business Management. Amy began their career as a Graduate Intern in Shanghai and subsequently worked at UBS Hong Kong as a Talent & Development Specialist. In 2014, they joined J.P. Morgan Hong Kong and later became the Learning Lead for JP Morgan China, overseeing various employee engagement and talent management initiatives. Amy is trilingual, fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
