The world’s largest reinsurer, MunichRe, acquired 10 percent of the company in 1999 and continues to serve on its board of directors. MunichRe provides strategic partnership in the form Reinsurance, state-of-the-art underwriting tools and IT solutions, as well as well as continuous training.
