Parker Johnson is currently the Director of Finance Strategy and FP&A at Real, a position held since 2025. Previously, Parker worked as a Senior Associate in Private Credit at Apogem Capital from 2022 to 2023, after serving as an Assistant Vice President and Associate in the same field. Parker began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at William Blair from 2017 to 2019, and also gained experience as a Private Equity Analyst Intern at Great Range Capital in 2016. Parker holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from The University of Kansas, where they were also a Finance Department Teaching Assistant.
