Sheyreese Sayers is a strategic program management leader with over 15 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, specializing in operational optimization and lifecycle management. Currently, Sayers serves as a Senior Program Manager for both Johnson & Johnson and Kenvue, while also holding a position as a Senior Program/Change Manager at L3Harris Technologies. Previously, Sayers worked at Raytheon in various roles, including Senior Program Manager and Operations Integrated Product Team Lead, where they successfully managed high-value portfolios and drove significant performance improvements. Sayers is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clark Atlanta University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University.
