Serena Ladogana is a Senior Quality Engineer at Johnson & Johnson, where they focus on quality assurance in the medical device sector. They have previously held roles as a Business Quality Specialist and a Quality & Regulatory Specialist at St. Jude Medical. Serena has also provided technical service at SMC and supported regulatory affairs at Stryker Corporation. Currently, they serve as a J&J Italy HBA Ambassador for HBA Tomorrow's Executives. Serena is pursuing both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Clinical and Biomedical Engineering at Sapienza Università di Roma, while also training for a master's program in Management of Biomedical Products at Luiss Business School.
