Šárka Bucharová is the Head of Talent Acquisition EMEA Tech Ops & Risk at Johnson & Johnson, where they lead a team focused on hiring for various roles across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. They previously held positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Johnson & Johnson, as well as recruiter roles at Accenture and People Point. Šárka coordinated volunteer efforts for Equal Pay Day through Business & Professional Women Praha II and managed international internships for AIESEC, achieving significant growth during their tenure. They earned a Master’s degree in Political Science from Palacký University in Olomouc and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Hradec Králové.
