Mireille Maes began their professional journey as a senior auditor at PwC before transitioning to the pharmaceutical industry, motivated by a desire to make a societal impact. Since joining Johnson & Johnson in December 2001, they have held various leadership roles, including CFO and VP Finance, where they have successfully navigated growth, restructuring, and transformation initiatives within the MedTech sector. With a proven track record in finance management across multiple regions and organizations, Mireille is currently the VP Finance and Business Unit Lead for the Global MedTech Finance Transformation Program. They are also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within their teams. Mireille earned a Master’s degree in Handelsingenieur from KU Leuven.
