Maaike Noorman is currently the OneHR Netherlands and Global HR Head for R&D Communicable Diseases at Johnson & Johnson, where they are accountable for the HR agenda of three Supply Chain locations in the Netherlands. Prior to this role, Maaike held various positions, including HR Head for R&D BE/NL and Global HR Head for Infectious Diseases & Vaccines R&D at Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies, and Associate Director HR at Galapagos. With degrees in Psychology and Organizational Psychology from the University of Groningen and Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, Maaike has extensive experience in HR management and consulting across several prominent pharmaceutical organizations. Their career includes significant roles at companies such as Novartis Vaccines, GSK, and PepsiCo, where they focused on talent acquisition, leadership development, and process improvement governance.
