Kathryn Wengel is the Executive Vice President and Chief Technical Operations & Risk Officer for Johnson & Johnson, where they lead a global team focused on enhancing technical operations and risk management. As a member of the Executive Committee, they oversee key functions including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality & Compliance. Previously, they served as the Chief Global Supply Chain Officer and the first Chief Quality Officer at Johnson & Johnson. Wengel has been recognized for their leadership with awards such as the CSCMP’s Lifetime Achievement Award and induction into the Supply Chain Hall of Fame. Externally, they hold various leadership roles including Chairman of the Board for the National Association of Manufacturers.
