Jay Cee Domingo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resource systems and learning administration. From March 2016 to October 2021, Jay served as a Senior HR Systems Administrator at Odfjell Drilling, before taking on the role of Team Lead - Learning Systems at Odfjell Technology from April 2021 to May 2022. Since May 2022, Jay has been the Global Learning Administration Team Lead at Johnson & Johnson. Earlier in the career, Jay worked as an HCM Associate - Development at First Metro Investment Corporation from February 2014 to February 2016. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Development Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2011.
