Fei Shen is a Senior Director and Compound Development Team Leader (CDTL) at Johnson & Johnson, specializing in oncology and innovative medicine. With extensive experience in modality-agnostic drug development, Fei has led cross-functional teams to advance numerous groundbreaking therapies, including bispecific antibodies and CAR-T cell treatments. A Wharton Online alumni, Fei also actively contributes to academic mentorship as a Ph.D. student co-advisor and as Program Director of the Janssen Diversity in Drug Discovery and Development Fellowship Program.
