Derek Wilson serves as the Sr. Director, Global Head of Talent Access Deployment at Johnson & Johnson, where they lead a diverse team focused on innovative talent solutions in the healthcare sector. Previously, Derek held various roles within Johnson & Johnson, including Director of Contingent Workforce, where they managed the strategy for over 20,000 contingent workers, and Sr. Director, Global Head of Talent Mobilization, executing more than 3,000 global moves. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Derek worked as a District Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Derek is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance and Supply Chain Management at Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business.
