Dana Kuhlmann is a seasoned human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Discovery, Product Development & Supply and External Scientific Innovation at Johnson & Johnson. Previously, Dana held various leadership roles within Johnson & Johnson, including Head of Human Resources for North America Innovative Medicine and Janssen US Neuroscience. Dana's expertise spans talent management, employee relations, and organizational design, with experience leading significant HR initiatives during corporate integrations and reorganizations. Dana earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University.
