Amilcar La Luz Anaya is currently a Senior Laboratory Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where they have been since 2018. Previously, Amilcar worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson in various roles from 2010 to 2012, including Operations Lead and Quality Control Laboratory Licensed Scientist. They also held the position of Quality Manager, Inspection and Testing at Ethicon, Inc. from 2016 to 2017. Amilcar earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Inter American University of Puerto Rico.
