Aishia Rheeston has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, having worked in various roles since 2000. Aishia began as an HR Advisor at Anixter International, progressing to HR Partner at IBM, where responsibilities included in-house recruitment and supporting multiple departments. Aishia served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing recruitment for Central Functions and later transitioned to managing the end-to-end recruitment process as Finance Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA at Johnson & Johnson. Prior roles also include Resourcing Partner at Prudential Assurance and leading recruitment processes while engaging with hiring managers. Aishia holds an MCIPD and a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from the University of West London.
