Xiwei L. has extensive experience in service management and marketing across various industries in the Asia Pacific region. They served as Service Portfolio Manager for Schindler Management AP from 2006 to 2011 and held multiple leadership roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2022 to 2023, including Sr. Director of Marketing & Commercial Excellence. Prior to that, Xiwei worked with Schindler China as a Field Support Engineer and later as Installation & Aftersales Manager at Hörmann China. Currently, Xiwei is the Director of APAC Parts at Johnson Controls.
