Lisa Briggs serves as the Global Director of Commercial Operations and Transformation - Fire Solutions at Johnson Controls since December 2020. Previous experience includes the role of Director of Transformation - Fire Detection at Tyco Security Products, and Director of Global Intrusion Business and Operations. Lisa's career spans various leadership positions in customer operations and experience across notable companies including Brink's, Inc., ADT Security Services, and Brinks Home Security. Lisa began professional journey as an Accountant at IAT, Inc., and holds a BBA in Organizational Management from the University of North Texas, obtained in 1987.
