Lipphei Adam is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Chief Director of Technology at Johnson Controls since March 2018, Lipphei is responsible for defining the technology strategy and overseeing global engineering teams to enhance efficiency and profitability. Prior to this role, Lipphei held key positions, including CTO at Smartvue Corporation, where a successful cloud video platform was developed, and Technical Director at Charles Schwab, focusing on mobile product architecture. Lipphei also co-founded Zealogic, Inc. and Couponfolders, and contributed to significant projects at Symantec Corporation, National Instruments, and IBM. Lipphei holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and two Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
