Kalpesh Vyas has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR at the Finance Shared Service Centre of Johnson Controls in Pune since July 2019. Prior to this role, Kalpesh worked at Adient from October 2016 to June 2019 as a Human Resources Business Partner for India Manufacturing Operations and as HR Head for the India Tech Centre. Kalpesh's earlier experience at Johnson Controls from April 2013 to September 2016 included the position of General Manager - Human Resource. Additionally, Kalpesh held the role of Deputy General Manager - Human Resource at Tata Johnson Controls Automotive Ltd from February 2003 to March 2013. Educational credentials include a PGCHRM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur (2017-2018) and a Master's Degree in Human Resource from the Karve Institute of Social Service (1989-1991).
