Jim Bingham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facilities management and engineering, currently serving as Global Director for SMW Projects and CAD on the GSK Account at CBRE since May 2018. In addition, Jim holds the position of US Projects Director for the GSK Account at CBRE GWS, focusing on site minor engineering projects and maintenance strategies. Prior to CBRE, Jim accumulated significant experience at Johnson Controls as Director of Special Projects for the PA Region, as well as Senior Customer Business Manager for PA/NJ GSK Sites. Earlier roles include Maintenance Engineer at Glaxo Smith Kline, Senior Facilities Manager at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, and Maintenance and Utilities Manager at American Cyanamid. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University and an Associate Applied Science in Automotive Engineering Technology from Lehigh County Community College.
