Harshvardhan Barve is the Executive Director of Sustainable Infrastructure at Johnson Controls, where they empower customers in achieving decarbonization through the development of NetZero roadmaps. With 18 years of diverse experience, they have successfully delivered over $250 million in revenue while exceeding client expectations. Harshvardhan is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Development Program, holds a Master of Engineering from The University of Oklahoma, and an MBA from The University of Kansas. They are also the president-elect of the Business Resource Group and a mentor to emerging leaders.
