Charles Hudson possesses extensive experience in software engineering, product management, and teaching. From 2000 to 2006, Charles served as VP of Product Management and Engineering at CentrePath, followed by founding Aduci, LLC, where consulting for corporations and non-profits commenced. Currently, Charles holds the position of Director of Global Software Engineering and Quality Assurance at Johnson Controls since 2024. Charles has also held significant roles at Control4, Lookout, and iRobot, leading global teams and mobile software initiatives. In academia, Charles serves as Visiting Faculty at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, instructing courses on digital transformation and internet programming. Charles holds an MBA from Babson College, magna cum laude, among other educational qualifications.
