Beatriz Gutierrez is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and compliance. Currently serving as the Legal Director EMEA and Head of Legal for Spain and Portugal at Johnson Controls since July 2014, Beatriz is responsible for all legal and compliance matters within the Southern EMEA region and is an active member of the Iberia senior management team. Prior to this role, Beatriz served as Senior Legal Counsel at Chemo Group, specializing in licensing and strategy in the biosimilar sector, and worked as Legal Counsel for ACS Infrastructure Development, Inc. and ACS Infrastructure Canada Inc., focusing on international contracts. Beatriz launched a legal career with an internship at Radio España and holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law from IE Business School and a law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
