Vincent Chong serves as the Engineering Lead at John Holland for the Illabo to Stockinbingal Inland Rail Project in New South Wales since January 2020, where responsibilities include managing design programs, coordinating design packages, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior experience includes various engineering leadership roles on rail projects, such as Engineering Lead for the Gawler Rail Level Crossing Removal Planning Studies and Senior Engineering Coordinator for the Melbourne Airport Rail. Earlier roles featured positions at Agonis Group, where project involvement included the Level Crossing Removal Program, and experience managing engineering functions within the Level Crossing Removal Project.
