Paul Stepan is a leader in global sustainability programs, focusing on zero carbon strategies for major real estate companies. With experience as the Head of Sustainability Consultancy for JLL in Europe and former roles such as Director for Sustainability Solutions at ENGIE Impact, they have successfully advised governments and corporate leaders on decarbonization pathways. Paul also serves as an Unreasonable Mentor, fostering collaboration among entrepreneurs, institutions, and investors to address societal and environmental challenges. They hold a BSc in Environmental Earth Science from the University of Reading and an MSc in Environmental Management for Business from Cranfield University.
