Fabian Aguilar Leiton is a leader with over 25 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering Services, and Real Estate Management. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Regional Account Executive for Work Dynamics Asia Pacific at JLL, Fabian defines and executes strategies across 15 locations in 9 countries, focusing on safety, compliance, and cost efficiency. Previously, Fabian held key roles at Flex, where they managed facilities and real estate operations for multiple manufacturing sites in EMEA, and Intel Corporation, where they led equipment health and reliability programs. Fabian earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Costa Rica.
