Eric Shigenobu Arima is the Executive Vice President and Industrial Property Management Lead for the Midwest region at JLL, where they currently oversee strategic operations in property management. With a diverse background that includes roles as a Senior Property Manager and Vice President of Industrial Property Management, Eric has extensive experience in the field. They began their career with positions at Nordstrom and Starbucks, eventually moving into property and financial management roles at companies like Cushman & Wakefield and Global Logistic Properties. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Finance from DePaul University and an Associate's degree in Business from Oakton College.
