Dawn Moe is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and expert in establishing change management frameworks to enhance user adoption and stakeholder engagement. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Dawn has successfully led large-scale transformations and built high-performing teams within global organizations. Dawn's previous roles include Director of Change Management at JLL and Director of Studio Operations at Lifetouch, where significant improvements in operational processes and employee engagement were achieved. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication at Metropolitan State University, Dawn continues to leverage emerging technologies to optimize business processes and foster sustainable change.
