Rick Barrows is currently a Senior Project Manager in Public Works at Joseph J. Albanese. With extensive experience in construction management, Rick held various roles including Construction Superintendent and Project Manager at Shimmick Construction from 1993 to 2005. They also worked as a Project Manager/Estimator at Romero General Construction and served as the Lead Quality Assurance Engineer at Atkinson Construction from 2013 to 2017. Prior to their current role, Rick was a Field Quality Assurance Manager at Ames Construction from 2018 to 2021 and managed construction projects at Barrows Development Co Inc from 2007 to 2012.
