Qiong Sun, a Ph.D. graduate in Pharmaceutics from China Pharmaceutical University, currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Generic Drug Development Institute at Jiangsu Hengrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. With a strong background in the design and synthesis of pharmaceutical excipients and drug delivery systems, Qiong has contributed to several impactful publications in leading scientific journals. Notably, Qiong's doctoral research focused on developing an innovative siRNA delivery system and has been recognized as an excellent employee and selected for a talent development program in Jiangsu Province. Prior to this role, Qiong completed a Master’s degree in Medicinal Chemistry, where they dealt with pH-responsive mitochondrial-targeted drug delivery systems.
